How quickly will I receive my order?
Quick answer, up to 10 days. It depends on where you live, and where the mannequin is shipped from.Our warehouses are located in Bellingham, WA, New York City and Los Angeles. Not all warehouses have the same inventory, so you may be in NYC, but the warehouse that has the item you ordered is in LA. Need it fast? Chose an expedited option and we can ship quickly. If your order is urgent, please contact us, so we can meet your needs.

How will my order arrive?
Larger items will most likely arrive via UPS. Smaller items will come via USPS.

Why is shipping so expensive?
Mannequins can be quite expensive to ship. Not only are they heavy, but the volume of the box, makes it oversized, and more expensive to ship.

Returns
Please review our return policy for all conditions. Most items can be returned, there is a restocking fee of 25%, and shipping is NOT refundable.
