Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2 business days, and take another 1 to 5 days to reach any location within the lower 48 US States. Hawaii and Alaska, and international orders require more transit time. Go to our Shipping page for more detailed information.
  • How long has MannequinStore.com been in business?
20 years! We launched this site in 2002.
  • Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. Based on quantity and style, you may qualify. Contact Us for more details.
  • What if my mannequin arrives damaged?
You have 3 business days to notify us about any damages. We will give you instructions how to proceed. Go to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
  • What is your refund policy?
Please go to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
  • Why is shipping so expensive?
Quick answer, volume. The mannequins ship in large, oversized boxes, causing an increase in the shipping amount, especially if you ship expedited.
  • What are your mannequins made of?
Our static mannequins are made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP.) Most separate at the shoulders, wrists, waist and left thigh, creating seven pieces (torso and head, arms, hands, leg, and leg with hip.) This allows for easier dressing, moving and storage. Our flexible and forensic mannequins are foam over a wire armature. They have detachable arms and head.
  • I need a replacement part. Can you help?
If you need a part for a mannequin recently purchased from us, contact us - we may have one. If it's an older mannequin or one from another company, in most cases, no. Each manufacturer uses different attachment parts, and each mannequin style fits together differently.
  • Do you offer custom mannequin work?
At this time we do not.
  • Can you fulfill large orders?
    Possibly, contact us.
  • Do you work with government agencies?
Yes. NAICS#425110 on CCR; waiting to be invited onto the eMall. We've sold to the US Army, US Navy, commissaries, military museums, universities and more.
