|Mannequin Return Policy
- To initiate a mannequin return, you must contact us within 3 business days
(including the day of receipt) of receiving
mannequins. After that time, all sales are

an item back.
- Returned mannequins must arrive back to us in NEW,
condition, with ALL proper packaging and in original (or comparable) boxes.
- Mannequins must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping and

occur in transit back. Shipping insurance is recommended.
- Mannequin boxes damaged during the return process will

- Refused packages automatically incur a 35%
- Unauthorized returns
automatic restocking fee of 35%, without exception. If mannequins
arrive back damaged in any way, MannequinStore will reduce the refund amount
further, as deemed necessary. In some cases the mannequins will arrive
in such poor condition that they cannot be sold, even as clearance
items. In this case, MannequinStore reserves the right to refuse any
refund. Mannequin Store will ship damaged mannequins back to the customer
at the customer's request and expense.
- Canceled orders incur a
5% processing fee.
||If you receive a damaged mannequin, please keep the carton and all packing
material and contact Mannequin Store and the shipper
(FedEx, UPS) immediately (they will want to inspect
the damage.) We require photos of both the mannequins and the box (from all angles, including a clear view of the shipping label), and cannot proceed until these are received. Upon approval, we will ship replacement part(s) and labels to retrieve the damaged ones.
We do not offer refunds on mannequins when damaged parts
(or entire mannequins) can be replaced.
We cannot ship mannequins/parts by any express method, nor can
we replace items shipped outside the US.
If the customer fails to notify MannequinStore of any damage prior to
returning the mannequin, all damages noted upon arrival back will be the responsibility of the
customer. It is also the customer's sole responsibility to package
the mannequins adequately, in sturdy boxes, and with packing material
that will ensure a secure arrival back to Mannequin Store.
Improper packaging will likely result in damaged mannequins.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.
We will replace mannequin parts.
We do not offer refunds on imperfect mannequins
that can be remedied with replacements or parts.
There are NO refunds for any
inflatable mannequin which has been inflated.

MasterCard, Discover or American Express card, with PayPal.com via our
website, or you can call or email your order.

Purchase orders may be accepted for pre-approved companies and
Large orders, international orders, and custom orders require
prepayment via direct bank deposit.
Any orders not paid in full within 30 days of receipt are subject to a
6% monthly finance charge.
We do not ship mannequins COD.
